Words I wish there was a direct translation for:
• pachó: This is what you have when you’re scared to do something because it could be embarrassing. I’ve never found a word that quite describes this.
• colmo: A lot of Americans incorrectly use the word “irony,” as in like, they say that a lot of things are ironic when they’re not. Well, 99% of the time, that which is incorrectly referred to as ironic is actually the colmo of a situation.
• enchule: This is like infatuation but without the negative connotation. It’s a cute infatuation. Like when you’re “in like” with someone.
