This is why some Americans might be treated with disdain when they come to Puerto Rico.
While I was leaving the bar, this man approaches the bartender to ask for a sandwich or something, and he asks for a side of mayonnaise. The bartender didn’t understand him, and he kept saying “mann-aise, MANN-aise” slowly to see if the guy would understand.
Hey asshole, it’s not that he’s retarded and can’t speak English, we just don’t fucking know what mannaise is, and you don’t know how to correctly say mayonnaise. Condescending dickwad.
